OTL Media Publisher
OTL Media Publisher is an internal social-media publishing tool used by Oradea Transport Local (OTL) to manage and publish official OTL content to social-media accounts that OTL has authorized for this purpose.
What this tool is
OTL Media Publisher is not a public application or a public-facing service. It is an internal operational tool used by authorized personnel to prepare and publish official Oradea Transport Local content — such as service updates, schedules, and announcements — to social-media platforms.
Where content is published
OTL Media Publisher publishes content only to social-media accounts that have been explicitly authorized for this purpose by their owners or administrators. It does not publish to, or interact with, any account that has not granted this authorization.
TikTok integration
The TikTok integration used by OTL Media Publisher relies exclusively on TikTok’s official Login Kit and Content Posting API. Authentication and content-publishing requests are performed using TikTok’s official developer APIs, in accordance with TikTok’s own authentication mechanisms.
