OTL Media Publisher – Terms of Service

Scope
These Terms of Service apply to the use of OTL Media Publisher, an internal social-media publishing tool operated for Oradea Transport Local (OTL). OTL Media Publisher is not a public application, product, or service, and these Terms do not create any relationship with members of the public.
Authorized use only
Access to OTL Media Publisher is restricted to personnel and accounts explicitly authorized to manage OTL’s official social-media presence. The tool is used to prepare and publish official OTL content to social-media accounts that have granted the necessary authorization for this purpose.
Acceptable use
OTL Media Publisher may only be used to publish official, authorized OTL content. Authorized users are responsible for ensuring that any content published through the tool complies with the terms of service, community guidelines, and policies of the social-media platforms it is published to, including TikTok.
No public functionality
OTL Media Publisher does not offer any account, subscription, or interactive functionality to members of the public. It does not process orders, payments, or public submissions of any kind.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in how OTL Media Publisher operates. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent update.
